🧲 But what do we actually do and where do you fit in?

Magnets are everywhere – but often hidden in what we take for granted. In speakers, yes… but also in fishing reels, sensors, industrial machines, and tons of products you use every day. The real question is not whether magnets are needed – but how they can be used to solve a problem smarter or give a product unique functionality.

With us, everything starts with people. We create magnet awareness among designers, product developers, and R&D where we spark interest, open eyes to opportunities, and get ideas to come alive. Once the idea is there, we help the customer realize the magnetic idea: from the first sketch to a solution that works in reality.

We primarily develop customer-specific magnetic solutions – designed according to function, application, requirements, and construction. We take responsibility for the whole: magnetization, assembly, gluing, and packaging – complete solutions that can be produced, assembled, and delivered reliably over time. When suitable, we can also offer a wide range of stocked magnets.

This is where you come in. With us, you will inspire customers to think magnetic solutions, help solve problems that others get stuck in – and sometimes create innovations that no one thought were possible.

💼 Your task with us

You will work with business development, identify new customers and prospects, have customer contact while combining it with your technical knowledge and creative problem-solving. This means that you will be involved in the entire customer product development journey, from inspiring to magnetic function to finished solution and thrive when the days shift between seeking and visiting new prospects, having contact with both customers and colleagues to practical testing.

✔️ Here’s what you will do:

  • Identify new prospects/customers and collaborations and lay the foundation for long-term relationships.
  • Inspire new prospects and existing customers to think in magnetic solutions – from concept to finished function.
  • Work closely with customers primarily in R&D/technology and be involved throughout the journey: idea → prototype → test → quote → implementation. Simply a long-term journey with the customer.
  • Explore and challenge our solutions: test, suggest, learn – and sometimes be a real jack-of-all-trades in our magnetic world.
